Happy With the Work Done
As a senior, I was wary of being taken advantage of, but in the end, content with the service I was given with full explanation of what needed to be done and the cost. I was given several senior cost options after pictures were taken of the old sink (there since before 1980 when I moved in) and sent back to the office and returned with several cost options of repairing the leakage with no guarantee if possible breakage of old pipes or the installation of a new faucet with a three-year guarantee. I chose the latter and was happy with the work done and completed in a timely matter.

Called at 10 a.m. for emergency service of clogged sewer main. Receptionist was attentive and said she would call me back in 5 minutes because all her guys were out on jobs. She promptly called me back, had a technician on the way for service. I've had Oro Pro do work for me in the past, and it has always been great. Today was an especially helpful response from them. My ancient water main pipe sprung a leak just before it was joined to the work that Oro Pro had done for me about 6 months ago. I called them and explained the problem. It was certainly not their fault that my galvanized had sprung a leak, and they'd recommended its replacement previously. They were able to dispatch a technician within the hour to assess and quoted me a very reasonable price to splice in a good section. It was done within 6 hours. It made what had started to be miserable so much better.

My Go-To Plumbing Resolution
Oro Pro has been my go-to plumbing resolution since I became a new homeowner in 2020. The owner, Jonatan, is a very reasonable person that will ensure you a fair estimate and competitive pricing of whatever you need done for your home. I've used Oro Pro for a cast iron sewer replacement that was done with cleanliness and high standards. Every time I look at another exposed sewer line in a home, it never looks as nice as how Jonatan's team performed the work.
More recently, I had a leak in my home from the shower, and with a careful inspection and testing all around (without rushing into any unnecessary work), the Oro Pro team was able to pinpoint the leak and provide guidance as to how to go about fixing it.

As a first-time client of Oro Pro Plumbing, I was elated at how smoothly the appointment went. Jonathan called beforehand to give me an ETA. He was right on time, and once he checked out my two problems (toilet repair and leaky kitchen faucet), he gave me an estimate that was within my budget. The toilet repair went smoothly, and he explained everything that needed to be done. Before leaving, he thoroughly rechecked the new toilet parts to make sure all was functioning properly. Unfortunately, the leaky faucet presented more of a problem and will need to be completely replaced. Oro Pro sent me an estimate and photo for the new faucet, which I am most grateful for. I’m very satisfied with the service. Xavier and Jose came to fix the toilet flushing mechanism. Xavier replaced the valve and the gasket. He also changed the water hose in the tank and the tubing that connects the toilet water tank to the main water source. Excellent service!
