He was well prepared, explained what he was doing, cleared the drain, tested it multiple times, before he cleaned up and carefully put his tools away. Definitely Pro in plumbing services- efficient, fast, reasonable price, reliable and great customer interaction. I had an emergency situation at home as my sink was leaking big time. I got some quotes from other plumbing companies but Jonatan was super quick in his response and was courteous. I scheduled for the earliest appointment. His employees were in time and gave an estimate of about 45mins to get the job done but it was all done in 15mins! They accept cash/ credit card/ check. I paid via credit card since I didn’t have my checkbook handy. They made my life so easy! Highly recommend.

As a first-time client of Oro Pro Plumbing, I was elated at how smoothly the appointment. Jonathan called beforehand to give me ETA . He was right on time and once he checked out my two problems (toilet repair and leaky kitchen faucet) he gave me an estimate that was within my budget. The toilet repair went smoothly and he explained everything that needed to be done. Before leaving he thoroughly recheck the new toilet parts to make sure all was functioning properly. Unfortunately, the leaky faucet presented more of a problem and will need to be completely replace. Oro Pro sent me an estimate and photo of the new faucet, which I am most grateful for. Over all I would highly recommend Oro Pro Plumbing — it is nice to be able to work with such a professional and knowledgeable staff as Oro Pro. I am looking forward to my new kitchen faucet.

The owner, Jonatan, is a very reasonable person that will ensure you a fair estimate and competitive pricing of whatever you need done for your home. I’ve used Oro pro for a cast iron sewer replacement, that was done with cleanliness and high standards. Everytime I look at another exposed sewer line in a home, it never looks as nice as how Jonatan’s team performed the work. More recently, I had a leak in my home, from the shower, and with a careful inspection and testing all around (without rushing into any unneccessary work), the Oro pro team was able to pinpoint the leak and provide guidance as to how to go about fixing it.
