Called at 10 a.m. for emergency service of clogged sewer main. Receptionist was attentive and said she would call me back in 5 minutes because all her guys were out on jobs. She promptly called me back, had a technician on the way for service. Technician was quick, courteous, and solved the issue at the agreed-upon price and was done by 1 p.m. Second time using Oro Pro, and would recommend them for fast and thorough service.

Happy With the Work Done
As a senior, I was wary of being taken advantage of, but in the end, content with the service I was given with full explanation of what needed to be done and the cost. I was given several senior cost options after pictures were taken of the old sink (there since before 1980 when I moved in) and sent back to the office and returned with several cost options of repairing the leakage with no guarantee if possible breakage of old pipes or the installation of a new faucet with a three-year guarantee. I chose the latter and was happy with the work done and completed in a timely matter.
