I’m very satisfied with the service. Xavier and Jose came to fix the toilet flushing mechanism. Xavier replaced the valve and the gasket. He also changed the water hose in the tank and the tubing that connects the toilet water tank to the main water source. Excellent service! I will definitely call them for any plumbing repair in the future. I will also refer them to my friends and family.

As a senior, I was wary of being taken advantage of, but in the end, content with the service I was given with full explanation of what needed to be done and the cost. I was given several senior cost options after pictures were taken of the old sink (there since before 1980 when I moved in) and sent back to the office and returned with several cost options of repairing the leakage with no guarantee if possible breakage of old pipes or the installation of a new faucet with a three-year guarantee. I chose the latter and was happy with the work done and completed in a timely matter.
